A friendly support group for parents who have children/young adults with mental health issues. Hosted and led by parents and carers with lived experience, our peer-led support groups offers parents a safe space to get together and share the issues and difficulties faced. Share ideas and support of how to manage, enjoy wellbeing being activities and just a respite away from daily experiences. Our team of staff and volunteers are on had to look after you and offer advice and guidance, as well as discuss a plan of additional support as required.

The group is supported by NHS Cheshire and Wirral Partnership Childrens and Adolescent Mental Health Service, with a Mental Health Support Team worker attending monthly. Groups are run both during the day and evenings in various locations around the Wirral.
