​Crea8ing Careers Toolkits for DIY delivery

Toolkits are designed by qualified professionals to be easy to use by anyone; whether a youth worker, family support or even a young person developing their own skills. Sign up for our training sessions and toolkit subscription and run the programme. It's as simple as that!

Our Leadership programme allows young people to participate in all workshops, then train and deliver sessions to others. Develop their communication and organisational skills, enhance understanding and knowledge, and build confidence and resilience required to transition into the world of work. Our trained facilitaors will take learners through the course, and support them to create and deliver sessions to others.

Our toolkits can be used as a complete series or a "pick 'n mix" approach to suit individual topic area. They can be delivered through PSHE, careers events and across different subject areas in the curriculum. Topics include:
