ELLA WAS IN YEAR 10 AND WANTED TO WORK IN FASHION DESIGN. SHE WAS HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A PLACEMENT. OTHERS KEPT SUGGESTING PLACEMENTS IN SHOPS AND OFFICES, BUT THIS WAS REALLY NOT WHAT SHE WANTED.
​WE FOUND HER A PLACEMENT WITH DSI LONDON; BEST KNOWN FOR DESIGNING COSTUMES ON STRICTLY COME DANCING. HERE'S WHAT HER MUM HAD TO SAY!
